신축건물이라 더욱 깔끔하고, 호스트의 뛰어난 관리로 정말 기대 이상의 편안함과 편리함을 잘 갖춘 숙소였어요. 한 가지 살짝 신경이 쓰였던 건 (이건 호스트의 탓이 아니라) 건물 자체의 방음이 조금 약한 수준이었던 건데요. 평범하게 거주하는 사람들이 다수였다면 문제가 없었겠지만 간혹 자정 넘긴 늦은 밤에 외국인 관광객들이 매너 없이 문을 쾅쾅 닫고 다니거나 고성을 질러 놀라 잠에서 깨는 일이 두어 번 있었어요. 건물 특성상 각국 관광객들이 다양하게 오가는 편이라 생기는 일인 듯합니다. 하지만 숙소의 침구가 무척 편안했고 에어컨과 주방설비 등 모든 도구가 잘 작동해서 쾌적한 시간을 보낼 수 있어 좋았어요. 냉장고도 성능이 좋고 샤워시설도 일반 샤워기와 해바라기 샤워기가 모두 있어 마음에 쏙 들었습니다. 방과 욕실의 조명도 훌륭하고 조절도 편리했고요. 아주 좋은 경험이었어요. 근처에 깔끔한 식당들도 다양하게 있어서 음식 찾기도 좋고 지하철역도 가까워서 편했습니다.

A lovely apartment, with lots to see nearby. It was well lit, well furnished and comfortable. Easy access from airport coaches, and local train station. Easy place to find but also not far from nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again, highly recommended!!!

Bydlení u pana Soona bylo příjemné. Hostitel je velmi vřelý a aktivně komunikoval. Ubytování je situováno v blízkosti metra č. 1 a dalších autobusových spojů. V blízkosti se nachází úžasné místní restaurace / kavárny či stánky s potravinami. Z okna je nádherný výhled na hlavní křižovatku. Fotky odpovídají realitě. Jedná se o poklidnou čtvrť, ze které je možné v dojezdové vzdálenosti cca 35 min se dostat kamkoliv. Pobyt jsme si velice užili! Vřele doporučujeme! Děkujeme! ✨

Cozy, clean and conveniently located! Nice view and quiet because it is on a higher floor. Lots of food to eat nearby and walking distance to Gangnam station. Would come back again!

Thank you for accepting my accommodation request so quickly last minute! The unit was clean and spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. It had a park and walk way next to the building so it was nice exploring around on foot!

Sm's place was wonderful and I will always remember it as my airbnb for my first trip to Korea! It's located in a area close to the station and bus stops (airport bus) however, Gangnam is a bit far from the rest of seoul so it was a bit of a travel to and from other touristy areas. Nonetheless, it was located near some amazing restaurants and the convenience store gs25 is right in front of the airbnb! The place was clean and spacious enough for two girls staying for a week! I do wish there was luggage storage as check out is a bit earlier than other places (10:00) so our last day was a bit of a waste as our flight was at 8pm. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay at Sm's place and really miss Korea!😭

I had a great stay at Yunhee’s place. Easy check in and check out. Spotlessly clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Large towels. Separate shower area so no wet bathroom. Coffee and tea provided. Plenty of space. Beautiful view. Quiet floor. Friendly lobby staff. Secure and safe. The area had lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Convenience stores within a couple blocks. Bus stop right outside the door. Subway a 5 minute walk. Gym in the basement of the building. Yunhee was proactive in providing needed information. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

シンノンヒョン、江南エリア目的だったので徒歩で色々回れました。電車、タクシー両方でやすく、近くには夜遅くまでやっているお店もおおくとても快適でした！また韓国行く際は利用したいです。

Great stay in a perfect location! This place was ideal for 2-4 people—very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were new, and the host thoughtfully provided daily essentials. Juniper was always quick to respond, and the pre-check-in guide was thorough. The location was fantastic: a CU convenience store right downstairs, Gangnam Station just a 1-minute walk away (turn left after exiting), and plenty of shops, cafes, and breakfast spots nearby. Super convenient for both exploring and shopping! Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Seoul.

Five minute walk to subway station which is key. Clean accommodations with strong AC. Accidentally turned the heat on and noted that works well too—floors get heated which must be so nice in winter. Provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, umbrellas. Appreciated two full length mirrors. Bryan was responsive to all our questions. For any couple looking to stay in Gangnam, awesome place!

The place is sparkling clean! From sofa, kitchen, bathroom to bedroom. And everything looks new. Good space for 3 of us staying comfortably. Its surrounded by convenient store, Aeon and Daiso are in walking distances. Alot of resturants around as well. It locates in a quiet corner of a busy area. Feel safe and convenient. There is some noise in bedroom aircon, not sure if it is the problem of the fan when it swings to different direction. It is an awesome stay, strongly recommend and we will definitely stay here if we go to Seoul again!

Wir haben in der Unterkunft zu zweit gewohnt und es war wirklich alles super. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat der Vermieter sehr schnell reagiert und uns weitergeholfen. Alles war sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Bett ist gemütlich, schöne Bettwäsche mit einem angenehmen Duft😊 Super Lage, dirket an U Bahn und Bus und trotzdem ruhig. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. We highly recommend coming to stay with Yuna’s property whenever you decide to stay in Gangnam. Thomas n family of 6

위치가 아주 좋습니다. 건물 안에 식당과 카페, 편의시설이 모두 있어 이용하기 편리하며, 길건너에 롯데몰과 갤러리아가 있고, 조금만 걸어가면 호수 산책도 가능합니다. 밤에 외부 소음도 없이 매우 조용해서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다.

너무 좋은 여행이었어요 식기들도 많고 냉장고도 크고 욕조에 침대에 티비에 빔프로젝터까지 그냥 너무 완벽 그자체 입니다 재방문 의사 100%입니다 감사합니다

욕실 청결 상태랑 욕실 용품이 너무 다 잘 비치되어 있었습니다 신속하게 응대해주시고 주차 공간도 넉넉해서 맘에 들었어요 다음에 광교 오면 또 올게요 ㅎㅎ
