Waterfront holiday rentals in Gwangmyeong-si

It was a family trip with my mom, and all of our kids and mom were amazed by the look of the accommodation! The sea and park views from the windows on all sides were so cool! The bedding was clean and the towels were extra in the disinfectant. The 2nd floor accommodation was spacious, and the space lighting that showed the district was also great. I want to stay again next time!!

Great location. It is within walking distance of Myongdong, Namdaemoon, and Gangwhamoon Square. There are many restaurants and easy access to the bus and the train station. The unit is exactly as shown on the listing and the perfect size for a single person or a couple.

Perfect place to stay in Seoul. Quiet and very well located close to metro line 5 that reaches Hongdae in less than 25 minutes.

I enjoyed this place to stay, very nice view ! Access to apartment very clear and Juyeon was very helpful. I like the neighborhood because hidden streets with nice restaurants and cafes. Easy access to bus and subway. Apartment clean and with all you need. Bed conformable and amazing view.

Free parking is great. Also very convenient location near Dangsan station and near Han River. Lots of shops like Olive Young and Daiso nearby and places to eat (although many of them open late at night). We had to go down to B1 to sort out the rubbish and recyling ourselves which was a bit of a hassle. But overall very comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

First of all, I felt so good before the trip with the host's kind and detailed guidance, and I was so grateful that you helped me check in quickly even though I arrived early! As soon as I entered the accommodation, the sea view from the window was so beautiful that I had to take a picture, and the overall interior was so neat that I liked it. Each and every one of the items provided was neat and beautiful, so I had a pleasant time staying at the accommodation!! I've already bragged and recommended it to my friends, and I'm planning to go to Yeongjongdo again next time!! The location is quiet and the amenities are close, so I recommend it without hesitation!

I stayed at this accommodation for 34 nights. For transportation, it was nice to have two train lines nearby and the train station and airport bus in close proximity. I was also happy to enjoy the night view of the Han River while drinking coffee at a riverside restaurant on the Han River, which I found by chance while walking. The accommodation I chose was the location, cleanliness, and luxurious furniture. The pretty living room, especially the white hotel-style bedding, was so comfortable and nice. And the host was always quick to respond and very kind. It was even kind. A comfortable mini cafe-like house where you can eat with friends at a nearby restaurant and have a chat while drinking coffee in the living room of the accommodation My friends also loved it and were happy. I'm going to Korea again in November. I will stay at this accommodation again, and I am grateful for the quick response from the host, Shin-wan. If you searched for this listing, it would be a very excellent choice. I think it will be a home for me whenever I go to Korea. If you searched for this house, you would have found a place to stay happily.

This was a wonderful and extremely comfortable stay. The interior was beautiful; updated and luxurious but also cozy too. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator so be prepared for some steps, but that’s super common in Korea, and we didn’t mind it at all 😄 Space was thoughtfully decorated and extremely clean. The mattresses and bedding were the most comfortable we had experienced in an Airbnb. The first day we experienced the a/c malfunctioning (which is totally okay; things happen) but what was so exceptional was the hosts’ response time and dedication to good service. They had one of their staff come out and troubleshoot the a/c the same day, and brought out a repairman the next day! Great stay made better through great hosting! Absolutely would stay here again.

I also checked my inquiries right away and let me know and gave me good instructions, so I spent the day without any inconvenience or difficulties! The accommodation was so tidy and the interior was beautiful! It's a little far from Haenggung-dong-gil, but it wasn't too far, and Dulle-gil was close, so it was good for a walk!

We stayed for 6 nights in Sophie's place and had a wonderful stay. Her communication was very good and all the necessary details were clearly provided on Airbnb. She was very considerate to offer picking us up at airport since we were very early morning, and she was worried we might not find her place. During our whole stay, she was on top of things to ensure we would have a pleasant time. As for her home, it is exactly as described, very clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of nice book and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is in a charming, authentic Korean neighborhood, away from the glitz of commercial areas, offering a peaceful and genuine experience. Just steps away from the house, there’s a lovely stream perfect for a stroll or a run. Nearby, you’ll find a few cozy cafés and restaurants, and within a five-minute walk, you’ll reach Sillim Station, where a wider variety of dining and nightlife options await, especially in the evenings.

Ju's place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

I like that I can relax and it's quiet. Seokchon Lake is right in front, so it's good for a walk.

I borrowed it in a hurry because I had something to do in Jamsil, but the host was really kind! We accidentally made several inquiries, but we were really grateful that you replied right away and tried to accommodate us as much as possible! The bedding, towels, and room were all dust-free, and the basic supplies were well-stocked as instructed! There were two rooms, and there were two large beds + one topper and bedding, so it was really comfortable for three women. There was no noise at all, except for the sound of the next door closing once or twice. (There was no outside noise at night) It was nice to have a hanger to hang out clothes, and personally, it was nice to be able to put on makeup and touch my hair comfortably without having to bring a large mirror thanks to the full-length mirror. I was much more satisfied than a studio-type accommodation. I'll come again if I have to stay nearby next time! I especially recommend it to those who are coming to see a stadium or concert near Jamsil! The most comfortable thing was that there was a convenience store nearby and it was easy to get delivery food. I had a good time!

I spent several months in this accommodation, and despite the lack of an outside window I had no problems. The host was always able to react very quickly whatever the situation. The location, very close to the metro, is ideal and makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay!

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.

There were a lot of things to see around while walking from Jeongja Station to the accommodation, so I wasn't bored. When I arrived at the accommodation and opened the door, a fragrant scent greeted me first. I liked the interior landscape that matched the photos, the detailed decorations, and the clean interior, and I was impressed by the effort to prepare and bring the necessary items to the door immediately when I asked about them. There were a lot of things to see, such as walking paths and food, so I felt like I didn't have enough time. I felt so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer when I left the accommodation.
