We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's peaceful, tranquil & relaxing. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, painters & anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed.
