Cottage by the Lake

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Tökéletes workation hely: internet, okos tv, íróasztal, légkondicionáló, éttermek. 1904-ben épült villa, hibrid design: a korabelitől, a modernen át a kortársig. Kert használat. Parkolás az udvarban. Strand, üzletek, központ, vasútállomás, rendelőintézet, hajóállomás 500 méteren belül. Mi házigazdák a ház hátsó, külön bejáratú részén lakunk anya+a lánya+cica:) Ez a különleges hely mindenhez közel van, így könnyű megtervezni a látogatást. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available.
