Herzlich willkommen in unsem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See im nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 10 Min. mit dem Rad.

With a side view of the Baltic Sea and beach location, we offer you our 1-room-Apt. (28 sqm) plus 8 sqm balcony on the 6th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach.
