Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

I rent out my 67 m² apartment in HH Eimsbüttel, where I usually live, on a daily basis. There is a living-dining area with a fitted kitchen, an 8 sqm south-facing balcony with barbecue facilities. Nearby (approx. 8 min. walk) there is both a U-Bahn [subway] and a bus (4 min. walk) to the city. Freeway connection A7 approx. 6 minutes by car to the Stellingen exit. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

The apartment is on the first floor of Birgit's single-family home. It is conveniently located, suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years of age and is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
