The house has an elevator, the apartment is modern, the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The elevator goes down to the locked garage under the house, where garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open angle with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washer and dryer.
