Approximately 15 minutes tram ride/bike ride to Saltholmen where you reach the ferries to the southern archipelago. 1 km to the nearest store, several restaurants and walking paths in the area. Approximately 150 meters to the sea. The townhouse has a pool, completely secluded location. Outside the house, there is a large green area with a play structure, swings and a trampoline. Finns endast ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som går att stänga men finns en sovalkov med en singelsäng (se foto). Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, barnsäng alt bädda i soffan som är stor (se foto). Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.
