Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage (Wohngebiet) am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn). Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

Living room with smart TV, sofa, large desk with two monitors. The comfortable queen-size bed is located on the second level (steep stairs), and there is a sofa bed (140 cm, with topper). Bathroom with shower/WC, washing machine, and dryer. Large balcony with plants, BBQ (whirlpool currently out of order). Street parking available.

The house is located in the beautiful South Palatinate in Hagenbach, directly in the border triangle, for swimming and Alsace. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with beautiful tile stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. There is also a party room with a bar, pool table and small lounge for social evenings. A sauna is available in the outdoor area. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

Tower room in the northwest city

We rent a separate room with private bathroom, kitchen and TV on the 3rd floor of our historic tower house. The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe. In good weather, you can see both the Black Forest and the Palatinate Forest from the room. The double bed built into the sofa can be converted into a living area,

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance of 10 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn. The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.
