In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The cozy 9 m² bedroom includes a 1.40 m wide bed for up to 2 people and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. An extra bed for a toddler can be provided if needed.

A car parking space directly by the house is also available.

We rent 2 beautiful bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pancake maker and small cooking facilities. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.

Alle Gäste müssen eine Kurtaxe bezahlen und bekommen dafür die Schwarzwald Gästekarte mit welcher kostenlos öffentliche Verkehrsmittel genutzt werden können und bei manchen Aktivitäten oder ähnliches Vergünstigungen bekommt. Die Kurtaxe beläuft sich pro Nacht auf 1,30€ pro Person.
