This stylish apartment has everything you need for living. The highlight is the huge southwest-facing roof terrace. In the very large bedroom with convertible window, there is a double bed and a day bed, which can be used as a full 3rd bed if required. The open gallery (with a curtain that can be separated) also offers two additional sleeping places. A total of 5 beds are available. Alone, as a couple or in a group - it's always cozy.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Spend relaxing time in a modern apartment. The A81 motorway is 2 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is idyllic on site. In the village, two bakeries offer a fresh and delicious breakfast from 6.30 am. The 411 km long Neckartal cycle path runs through Oberndorf. You will experience Baden-Württemberg from its most varied side on probably the most swallowish of all cycle paths.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
