Holiday rentals with a patio in Haines City

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. It looked just like the pictures. The location was super convenient, only about five minutes from a gas station, Publix, McDonald’s, and several restaurants, including pizza, Chinese, and Greek food places. It was also an easy jump onto I4 to drive to Magic Kingdom, which was perfect for our family. One of the highlights for us was the neighborhood pool and hot tub, which was great after a day at the parks. Finally, the owners were very responsive and kind, and we really appreciated how easy they made everything. We’d definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment and the location. It’s tucked away and feels very safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I recommend Kiki’s!! A very responsive host and a lovely place to stay!

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

The apartment was as described, 25 minutes from the parks, close to restaurants, pharmacies and other shops, the only point is that the guest does not have the autonomy to control the temperature of the air conditioning according to their needs, they needed to contact the host.

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

great stay loved all the amenities

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Overall it was a good stay, very clean, pool and golf course was great. My only comment is the beds are super hard 😅

We had a wonderful time at Chandra's place. Very easy check in and great, responsive communication. Very clean and just as described! We loved the quiet, secluded location and having breakfast on the patio looking at the lake was wonderful.

Beautiful condo. The kids loved the water park and lazy river. Can’t wait for my next Disney trip and book the same condo.

Great location. Only 10 min from Walmart and surrounding restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet . No issues . Nice 3 bedroom house with sun room. Kitchen easy to use and had everything you need .

We just returned from 10 days staying at Michaels home and had an amazing time. there were 6 adults and more than enough space for all. Check in was easy and Michael was in contact throughout. There was a nice welcome gift bag for us and a well stacked coffee bar in the perfect sized kitchen for large groups. There is so much to do from video games to billiards to karaoke and a large comfortable movie room and each room has a tv and full access to Direct TV. Outside the pool and hot tub were where we spent our time as well as playing basketball in the pool and ping pong on the patio. House was very clean and we had not one issue during our entire stay. I will definitely come back to this home again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The property was large, clean, and located in a safe, gated neighborhood. It was perfect for our big family, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great touch, and the balcony offered stunning views of the nearby water park. My kids enjoyed the waterpark. The bathrooms were luxurious, featuring glass showers and a large tub, adding to the overall comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. The home’s proximity to stores and other amenities made it even more convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, and family friendly home! Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean place. Well advertised and organized. Lots of little extras like toys for the little ones and extra place settings. Super easy to check in and about a 10 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). Great neighborhood with a Walmart right down the street (other shopping and restaurants really close, too). Kids were very excited when we got there. Great vacation!

The accommodation is as described and even better. With easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!
