A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

This great place is located in the outskirts of the Kempten Basilica not far from the Kempten Basilica (about a 10-minute walk), residence square, St. Lorenz church, and the city park, where the pedestrian zone begins. A bakery with a great deal is nearby. 5 minutes drive away is the Mariaberg, which invites you to beautiful walks.
