Small beach cottage with sauna

Located right on the lakefront in the yard of our home, this small cottage has electricity, not an indoor toilet. Sauna water is taken from the lake with a pump, but you can get drinking water from the faucet of the main house. One of the beds is 160cm and the other is a retractable couch. A rowing boat at your disposal and one (or 2) lightweight kayak. On the beach, it is recommended to wear swimming shoes (small stones at the beginning). 15 km to the city and about 8 km to the village of Siilinjärvi. The nearest store is about 4 km and the gas station is 3.7 km away.

I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new curtain triangle with a glazed balcony and sauna. A parking space with a pole next to the entrance. Step-free access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5km away. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop with two lines in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

Come relax and enjoy good activation opportunities in this peaceful and stylish apartment. A new one-bedroom apartment with a private sauna in a good location. Sports facilities are excellent. The skier's dream when the trails leave right next to you, as well as the condominium's own ski maintenance space. The outdoor gym and pond 200m away allow for good outdoor activities. Peaceful milieu is also suitable for everything else. Now it's worth grabbing. This place fills up quickly.

We stayed 5 weeks in this incredible accommodation and if we could have stayed 5 more we would have 🤩 The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place, which is even more beautiful in real life! It was a really good surprise The house is perfectly equipped, very comfortable and the cleaning was impeccable when we arrived 😊 We will miss the magnificent sunsets over the lake in the evening! Thank you again for allowing us to experience this stay 🙏

Nice place and good cottage. Katri was greeting and instructing. Very good steam in the sauna, pike came from the dock, sturdy rowing boat, water toys and games a lot....Overall, a very functional cottage for vacation, we had a great time!
