Cozy new cabin in beautiful natural surroundings

Cozy newly built log cabin with three bedrooms rented out to those who want peace and quiet and nice walks in scenic surroundings. Here you have forest and fields in the immediate vicinity and the ski slopes are within walking distance from the cabin. The cabin was set up in 2023 and has a solar cell, gas refrigerator, gas stove, water-based toilet and gas heater that provides hot water for the bathroom and kitchen. Water is carried in from the nearest water post which is about 20 meters from the cabin. The road was cleared all the way up in winter. The cabin is not rented for just one night.

Birkenåsen Rena - Ski in/out and amazing views

Brand new cabin with plenty of space and ski in/out to alpine slope. Closest neighbor to the slalom slope and good cross-country trails in Birkenriket in the winter. Autumn, summer and spring there are wonderful hiking opportunities with, among other things, two gapahuker (where there is firewood for the fire pit) within a short walking distance from the cabin. In addition, there are good fishing opportunities in mountain waters and in Glomma. Strøken 18 hole golf course, Sorknes Golf, at the bottom of the hill. The cabin has, among other things, a hot tub and a fire pit available.

Log cabin built in 2005 in Birkenåsen 700 m above sea level, approx. 12 min. from Rena. Located in a cul-de-sac next to a slalom slope and a short distance to prepared ski slopes. Excellent starting point for walking and cycling trips. Sorknes golf with 18-hole golf course 10 minutes away. Room layout: 1st floor: Living room, kitchen, hall, bathroom with shower and sauna, bathroom with washing machine, bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with large double bed. Exterior storage room with freezer 2nd floor: Attic room with TV, bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms.

Great and practical cabin on two floors. Three bedrooms and well-equipped bathroom in the entrance floor. Heating cables in the floor in spacious hallway and bathroom. Toilet paper and disposable kitchen towels will be available. Good drying and hanging possibilities in the hallway and bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher that frees up more time for cosiness and fun. Nice loft with two additional 90 cm mattresses. Cross-country trails and hiking trails right outside the door. Approximately 300 m to alpine facilities - ski in/out via a paved route.

With a location at about 700 meters above sea level, good snow conditions, a groomed road all the way up, ski in/ski out to the Rena alpine resort and a short distance to prepared ski slopes, most things are in place for great winter experiences. In summer, there is the possibility of mountain biking, hiking along the Birkebeinerstien, Pilgrimsleden or other trails and forest roads. It is also equipped with gapahuker. On summer days, Osensjøen can offer sandy beaches, and Rena also offers a cozy and nice swimming area.

Detached, large and bright detached house in rural surroundings on three floors of which the 1st and 2nd floors are accessible with 2 entrances and associated large hallways. (Living area: 360 sqm) Large garden with good sun conditions and a koi pond is included. 3 seating areas in different locations. The basement with its own entrance is rented to very quiet and pleasant tenants. They have their own driveway and entrance on the other side of the house, - i.e. completely undisturbed and separated.

På vinteren er det fantastiske skiløyper rett utenfor døra, her kan man gå milevis på den vakre Hedmarksvidda. Kort vei til en slalombakke ved Budor gjestegård. 3 km til Målia serveringshytte. Parkering rett ved hytta på sommerhalvåret, 700 m å gå på ski til hytta på vinteren. Innlagt strøm, dusjmulighet og utedo. Sengetøy,håndklær, ved inkludert.

Small mountain cottage with a lovely view and comfortable indoor environment for the entire family. Ski in/out in the winter, both for alpine and cross country skiing.
