We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Full size bed and pull-out full-size sofa in living room, private bathroom with in-floor heating, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, sink, double induction cook-top, refrigerator, and toaster oven. Laundry access. Walk to the waterfront, watch the sailboats drift by. Fifteen- minute walk to Historic town center.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.
