Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the jetty, boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2 people. Lovely running track of 4.5 km around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Large, nice house with large garden and parking

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of small bedroom with double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the main house where also the kitchen ( fully equipped) can fit. Parking for one car. Bus and bike lane to town and Sundbyholm (3km). Sheets are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.
