Newly renovated. Clean, modern beachy vibes. Outdoor seating on the deck with a beautiful ocean view. Spacious one bedroom one bathroom with living room, kitchenette and extra seating area off the bedroom. 2 smart TVs with cable and wifi. 10 minute walk to the beginning of the boardwalk. Only 3 minute walk to the sand! One reserved parking spot with plenty of paid parking directly across the street.

Instructions for check in and out were clear. The view of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. I loved that the kitchen had everything that you could need! When I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning here and maybe stay more than just one day

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The space was so charming. We loved all of the decor, and cooking was a breeze with so many spices and oils available. So many unique and thoughtful elements. We especially loved the outdoor shower hut. The hosts were super nice and extremely flexible with check in and check out, which we appreciated so so much. We would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Highly recommend :)

603 Ocean View!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

I would recommend this place to everyone. It was steps from the beach had a great ocean view was immaculate as far as cleanliness and up to date. Trust me I have stayed in places in Hampton Beach before that were less than desirable but this place was pristine. Everything was as listed. It is a small and comfortable condo. John was very good at communicating whenever I emailed and accommodated me when I had to change my plans at the last minute. If I could have given more than a five star I would have.
