Really lovely place. Soo much space.

Beautifully decorated, well organized. Loved all the labels on the light switches. Lots of room and a great view of the pool. Comfortable area to walk and we felt safe. Recommend trying the many food trucks and local restaurants. Would love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Princeville.

We loved our jungle stay tucked away in north shore. There were so many plants and views from the property we did not want to leave. But when we did it was close to all the things we wanted to do. Tunnels, Haena state park, and Hanalei. I got bit by mosquitos because we were outside a lot, so wear bug spray when you are exploring north shore!

My family of 8 stayed a week at Belinda’s HBR 3 bedroom condo and didn’t want to leave. The views are incredible and the condo is in a perfect location within the resort. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Belinda provided a ton of great info before arriving and was a great host. Hope to be back!!

Very nice “ohana” (guesthouse)- nice architecture- octagonal - I liked it :) Very private. Felt safe and sweet.

Truly amazing experience, can’t wait to come back! The location is incredible and Kristina and Steve were great friendly hosts.. can’t recommend this stay enough, hope we can be so lucky to experience it again..

We were a family of 3 with a 9 year old and had a perfect stay here. The cottage had a beautiful ocean view and cool breezes all day and night. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkels, fins, yoga mats - this place is stocked for light packers. We walked to nearby restaurants every day and cooked a few meals with groceries from across the street. The trail right outside the front door is perfect for strolls or biking. We recommend kayaking up the Wailua River nearby and made a trip to Hanalei and multiple beaches nearby. The baby beach nearby was perfect for relaxing and swimming as well. Highly recommend!

Pictures do not do this place justice! We were simply wow’d by the views and personal touches. It felt like a friend welcoming you into their home! One of the better properties I’ve stayed including amenities and number of personal items that you would have in your home (first aid, abundance of towels, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, beach gear…) Ac runs nice and cool. Abundance of food options within 5-10 minutes. Close to airport but not too close to be bothered by the planes. Make sure to utilize the provided sound machines … roosters are up at 4am 😂. Short access to kalapaki beach - great for beginning surfing or kids who love the sand.

We are a newly wed couple that had the opportunity to stay in this lovely cottage hosted by Micco. We were not prepared to disconnect from our daily lives and immerse ourselves into the laid-back, country vibe that this cottage provided. Our host gifted us fresh papaya and lime one gorgeous morning, which was grown locally. It was truly the chefs kiss to this island tropical cottage getaway. The small, thoughtful conveniences truly stood out to us, especially when heading out to explore Hanalei and the beautiful island that is Kauai. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach floaties, it was all there and included. Miguel was kind, communicative, and definitely wanted to ensure our comfort, safety, and overall enjoyment of our island experience. Whatever the highest rating is to give a host, please, times that score by 10!! Thank you for your aloha, Micco! It permeates throughout this property and definitely adds to the overall vibe of this island gem.

We loved our stay in Ha'ena in this lovely home & property. We spent much of our time relaxing & enjoying the incredible view of the mountains. The privacy of the expansive back lanai & beautiful grounds was especially nice during the warm June rains! We loved the luxury of having the outdoor shower, as well as relaxing bathtub! The security of the gated entry for this property just off the road, behind the caretaker's home felt safe. And it was reassuring to know they were there if we needed anything. We appreciated all of the beach equipment & the ease of our frequent walks to awesome Tunnels Beach! My husband & I very feel grateful that we were able to spend a memorable five days in this idyllic setting.

Much more beautiful and relaxing than the photos can convey. I wish Airbnb would let one upload photos! We made the mistake of leaving the front door open as we were loading our bags. Didn’t take long before the mosquitos welcomed themselves into the unit, so be very careful to close the door very quickly! Dawn is awesome. Very helpful and efficient communicator. The oven wasn’t working. We planned to make baked potatoes one night and tried the air fryer/toaster before having to go with microwaving. Also, note the beautiful balcony is on the bottom floor an a shared area a few feet from another unit (though itself is not shared). Overall an excellent unit, super location and host. Would definitely return. Side note, the air and environment were incredible for my energy level and health. Never felt better.

Location Location Location! This cozy place is nestled in the deepest part of the North Shore of Kaua'i. A special and sacred location. Close to Tunnels Beach and the entrance to the Ha'ena State park with gorgeous Ke'e Beach - buy a reservation pass ahead of time! We loved the proximity to The Haven coffee shop close by. The outdoor shower and jungle views were perfection. After 5 nights without A/C and with many mosquito bites we were ready for more space and enjoyed staying in Princeville. We loved it here and would stay at Ipo Cottage again!

This home could not have been a better place to stay for us. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Kauai. Thanks to Ian & Melissa for the use of their wonderful home. Sheila & Dave Brown.

For anyone who loves Anini beach, this is the perfect place to stay. It was so wonderful to be able to walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. Also 15min or less to drive to Kilauea or Hanalei for restaurants / markets / fresh juice / etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect little spot for a quick getaway. Quiet neighborhood and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very useful!

Mary’s home was perfect for our family of four. We have two young children and Anini beach was perfect! Just across the street is an access path to the beach. Soft sand with crystal clear calm shallow water, perfect for snorkeling and just splashing around. We even saw a sea turtle. The house is much better then the pictures, beautiful plantation style interior with a screened in dining area and lani to enjoy the morning sun. Our kids loved the out door shower and all beach equipment supplied at the house. My one comment is that it can be loud at night with roosters and cars passing by. If you bring ear plugs you’ll be fine. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing location. Beautiful space and lots of free extras included. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay seamless. Including helping us with car trouble! Everything you need to really enjoy your time. The view was unmatched. 1 thing to be aware of, was the AC unit really only had the capability to cool the bedroom. The rest of the space stayed pretty warm. They did have a unit repaired that may have fixed the issue for future stays. All in all, we highly recommend this
