We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom house in Trenton! The location is perfect—just a 25-minute drive to Acadia, making it a great base for hiking trips. The house was clean, easy to find, and check-in was simple. Communication with the host was fast and smooth. We appreciated the full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and proximity to local stores. Great value for the price!

This is a spacious and very nice unit, almost brand new, in a peaceful and quiet location just a short drive to several good restaurants in Southwest Harbor. Everything, both indoors and outdoors, was spotlessly clean, and all appliances in great working order. Managers (Mike and Ellen) were professional, efficient, courteous and pleasant. As another reviewer already mentioned, this is a great "base camp" from which to explore all of Mt. Desert island, at leisure without having to compete with crowds.

We stayed in the new duplex..37B for a month and extended it. Felt like home. Extremely clean, beautiful kitchen with all the appliances ....even a washer and dryer which was great. Very peaceful and beautifully landscaped. It has everything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable and very quiet at night. Really have no complaints. Mike was very receptive when needed. Would highly recommend for a wonderful stay on the quietside of the island. You can visit Bar Harbor and always know you'll come home to silence. Also has its own outside space with bbq grill, Picnic table, chairs and a fire pit. Definitely give it a try...you won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for a vacation that is quiet, relaxing and with stunning views then this is the place! Only 10 minutes from downtown bar harbor and quick easy access to Acadia. Honestly, my wife and I made less trips to Acadia because the views from the property were better! The hosts are fantastic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

We were happy with Margery & Kevin's place. Easy to access and no-fuss check-in, tons of parking, unfussy instructions both on the website and inside. Beds and sofa/chairs were extremely comfortable, everything clean and fresh, kitchen fully supplied, lots of windows and light. The only aspects I think that might be improved were: 1) clearer instructions about expectations for checkout; "leaving the place as you found it" is a good guide but whether beds should be stripped, dishes washed, etc - we had to reach out at last minute to clarify, so those details would be helpful 2) clearer instructions on the heating/cooling system - there was a note about needing to reset both units if switching from air to heat, but being unfamiliar with the electronics did not dare adjust anything, and main bedroom was hot enough that I opened the windows to sleep. Maybe just a short guide to operations, or at least pointing to where a manual lives if needed

Beth has a beautiful home and property, offering spectacular views of the bay and Mount Desert Island. The location was also easy 20 minute commute to Bar Harbor. The morning walks to Alley Island at low tide was the highlight of the trip! It will be a trip we will never forget.

We loved the location but we were already familiar with the area. It was so much fun watching all the different birds fishing for food. Seagulls, eagles. ducks etc. The house is set very close to the highway so the street noise could be annoying. If you are an early riser it's not a problem. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor so you need to be able to do stairs and they are quite steep. It is one of our favorite spots on the island and we would stay there again.

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our Bar Harbor vacation. It is perfect for families, especially with young children. The hosts stocked the house with everything you need and the welcome basket was such a nice treat. It is quiet and peaceful and close to town and Acadia. It truly felt like a home away from home!

“The Garage” had everything you could possibly imagine and was completely and perfectly stocked. The best AirBnB we’ve ever booked! Loved being on the “quiet” side of the island (as opposed to Bar Harbor, which was far busier) and it was even close to a couple great hikes at Beech Mountain. Perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful and beautifully appointed home. Spacious with lovely kitchen and living room. Quiet and on a small cove with perfect chairs to just sit and read and watch the tide and escape completely. Close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor to feel perfectly located. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The house worked perfectly for our family of 6. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The view of the water out the back of the house was spectacular, and our kids loved being able to walk down to the beach. Tom was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

I enjoyed my stay. The house was spotless and I’m very picky about that. I traveled with my dog and I’m always concerned when they accept pets that the house will smell or have hair all over. I have to say the house was spotless and fresh. I do not allow my dog on furniture like some people do so I always get concerned. The kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms spotless and equipped. Has laundry machines as well. Stacks of wood inside and at the fire pit outside. Beautiful plantings outside and even thou I don’t have an electric car, I did see the charging station. Great place!!

This large, beautiful house offered many bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as an enormous first floor living area. You could easily fit a couple If families in this awesome house. It is quite literally “on campus”, too. We showed my son the university while we were there. Just a great stay in a clean, comfortable home. Thank you!

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Acadia Villas for your next stay. Derek was friendly and worked with our schedule for check in, and the place was extremely comfortable and private, just what we needed to unwind after a day of exploring Acadia.

Everything was excellent, Perfect location if you're visiting Acadia or Bar Harbor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to Walmart. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place was very clean, excellent location, great responsive host. Probably one of the nicest AirBnBs I’ve seen. Cell service and wifi wasn’t the best in the area so you probably don’t want to work remotely from this location, but otherwise, it’s perfect. No chores to checkout! Highly recommend!

Derek is a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions and concerns! The place is exactly as described and very peaceful and quiet. My friends and I loved our stay - we used the fire pit and it was such a lovely experience. Easy parking right at the front of the housing and very clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!
