Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hang Dong District

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

This is such a Lanna stylish house, 1 master bedroom with super large restroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom for kid which are all perfect for 5. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. Furthermore, K.Yuranan was very helpful, very welcoming, friendly manner and quick to respond our text messages. He also was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!

Location I sa bit far from city but instead private and peaceful. Everything are clean and well prepare for guests. Best choice to stay.

Fon's place is located in the old city, making it easy to explore the Saturday and Sunday markets. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a short 5–10-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated yard, designed in an elegant Lanna style. All the instructions were clear, and Fon was incredibly friendly and responsive.

What a beautiful little house!!The room is very clean. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I will choose to stay here all the time.

The house is full of greenery, in a very secluded villa area, the house is well maintained and clean, to the extent that people with mysophobia are also ok. There are planes and insects, but if you're not extremely sensitive to sound, it's no problem. You can get to the bustling area in 10-20 minutes by taxi, which is more convenient.

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

If u ever considering of this accommodation and reading my review.. u are looking at the right house with the most perfect environment and a very super friendly host , Vinita. Not only the house is sparking clean the interior design is placed in the best way it supposed to be! I have stayed here for 4 nights and I wish the days would just stop there and I’ll never need to check out! There are very nice cool chill cafes around the premises and a very nice restaurant next door that u can have superb Thai food there too. It is a very safe at night so u don’t need to worry. Beds are comfy and I slept well.

We had an amazing time staying here. Definitely worth the price and looks exactly like the pictures. John is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.
