Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Very quiet, private place that is within 10 minutes of bustling streets. Great value - nice, big space with a strong AC unit in each room. Cyril and his wife were also very responsive to anything I needed.

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was a place where the host was overflowing with sweetness. The location is right in front of ymca, and it's near Old Town, and the atmosphere is nice. I was worried because the rating was a little low, but I think the person who gave the low rating was just sensitive, and if you are a woman in your 30s and frequently travel to Southeast Asia, you will know that this house is very advantageous. The water pressure was weak, but it was weak compared to the very expensive Korean ones, but it was also weak compared to the Southeast Asian hotels, and this was enough and clean. Above all, the house itself was large, so I was able to stay very comfortably with my friend, and the host was very kind, so it was very nice. The house itself is clean. The host is a college graduate from New York, so he is very fluent in English, so it was good to communicate, and I was really grateful that I could find a place of this size at this price. I highly recommend it. I've stayed in other accommodations that this person runs, and I liked it, so I stayed here, but it's also good in the right season. And this host also runs a pottery workshop. Thanks to that, I was able to have a fun experience, and since the owner is a pottery workshop owner, he brought the baked pottery to the Airbnb home, so I was really, really grateful and it was a touching experience. It's quiet, atmospheric, and old, but if you're looking for a healing experience in a sensory and clean place, you'll be happy here. I'm going to do it here when I do it in a month. Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t do this home justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Craig’s home is beautifully decorated. You can tell he put so much thought into every part of the home. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture. Located in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a 7/11 and restaurants. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee overlooking the ping river. The pool was also very refreshing after a long day of exploring. The energy in this home is unmatched. I was always in a state of calmness. We instantly felt at home. Craig and his staff constantly checked in, assuring we had everything needed. I wouldn’t change a thing! This was our first time in Thailand and won’t be the last. Craig made this trip so memorable. Craig, thank you so much! Your kindness and generosity is so very much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
