The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.
