Walk 1 km into the valley, along the gravel road. Ortnevik is located on the south side of the beautiful Sognefjorden. With road access along the fjord from the west and ferry connection from Vik and Nordeide.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Turen er bratt og tar 15–30 minutter, lett bagasje anbefales. Passer best for 2 personer, men har sengeplasser til 4. Hytta har strøm, innlagt vann fra nærliggende bekk og toalett. Det er ikke dusj. Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.

NOTE: There is a road down to the water, and it is possible to hear car noise from the house. Access to swimming area nearby. Free parking right next to the house.
