My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

El alojamiento es espectacular y Vincent un gran anfitrión. El departamento es tal y como se publica, tiene su propia cocina y baño. La limpieza excelente. Cuenta con un estacionamiento privado, lo que fue una gran ayuda. El vecindario es tranquilo y transitable sin problema, hay una estación de metro a unos 7 minutos a pie. Volvería sin duda. 100% recomendado.

Asiye was a wonderful host and was very helpful with any questions. She was very friendly upon arrival and made it feel right at home. The stay was very clean, nice and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this location to others!

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

We had a great stay at Maritza's place in Stamford. It was the perfect distance to the wedding venue that we were visiting for. The place was the perfect size for our group and it was very clean. It was a very hot weekend and there was air conditioning in every room, which was nice. Maritza was responsive if we needed help with something and during the initial booking process. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

The Barn was very nice and peaceful. It was close to restaurants and family. Suited us and our dog very well. The property is right next to a golf course and there is a deer living on the property. We saw a fox one morning as well. We really enjoyed staying at the barn.

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. El edificio tiene varias amenidades y es muy cómodo el acceso. La caminata a la estación de tren es corta y desde esta estación se puede viajar con frecuencia a la ciudad de Nueva York y distintos destinos en New Jersey y otros estados. Además, el edificio está muy cerca de Rutgers University. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona de New Brunswick tranquila y muy cerca a restaurantes y cafés. Las anfitrionas respondían de inmediato a mis dudas, brindándome una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

I dealt with Hope's husband, Matt. I have to say he was one of if not the best communicators of many hosts I've dealt with. Also very helpful especially dealing with the finances of the stay. After I booked he offered some very legit means of saving money. Then when some things came up and I had to cut my stay short, Matt generously refunded my entire fee. Many hosts are very 'stingy' if things come up (which happens to everyone once in a while) and won't refund unless they can rebook, or will prorate. That's fine, but doesn't feel good. Matt was more concerned about my having a good experience with him than milking our transaction for every dollar. 5 star host! The place itself was clean and in a great location. Be aware it photographs larger than it feels in person. And might seem a tiny bit noisy if you aren't used to NYC apartment living. Those minor quibbles were more than made up for by working with excellent hosts who are compassionate and care about their guests experience.

Casa Tua was perfect for us! House was beautiful and comfortable. It was nice to have a place to "come home to" after our days of exploring the city. The neighborhood was peaceful with plenty of restaurants and shops. Maya and Christopher were fantastic hosts. I would for sure stay here again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und auch Kaffee für den Morgen. Der Bus in die City von New York liegt nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Ty’s place was perfect for a three game Yankees series. It’s literally one subway stop from the stadium. Ty was very hospitable and he got back with me within minutes if I had any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the place was super clean. I will definitely book again with Ty when I come to visit and see another Yankees series.

Incredible Family Stay in the Bronx! Our family of 8 had an amazing summer trip to New York, and staying at this Airbnb truly made it unforgettable! The home was immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything we needed to feel completely comfortable and at home. The deck and backyard were absolutely beautiful. So perfect for relaxing after long and fulfilling days of being in the city! Joseph was an exceptional host. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. When we experienced a slight inconvenience, he generously offered access to the basement to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also a huge plus! We loved this part of the Bronx as it gave us a real taste of New York. The beach was just a short drive away, and there were plenty of convenient restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. This place truly left a lasting impression on us, and we will definitely be booking here again in the future.
