Very responsive host. Clean house with separate TV room and dining room. Equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with short drives to many amenities. Walking distance to pond. Perfect for a girls weekend away. We added a day mid-trip because we were having such a good time!

Diana’s place was lovely! Great weekend getaway. Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen being stocked with all the pans and utensils you’d need was very helpful! Most practical airbnb kitchen i’ve used.

We had a lovely stay at Lindsay’s beautiful home! The sunroom was a favorite, it was so peaceful spending time out there with a cup of coffee, while our toddler listened to the birds and watched bunnies in the yard. It was a wonderful neighborhood, quiet and great for walking. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms had darkening shades and curtains which lent to peaceful sleep. Beautiful kitchen with everything you needed provided. We would love to stay here again next time we are on the Cape!

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

Diana and Greg's place is a wonderful place to stay, brimming with nature, quaint and comfortable living space and wonderful hosts. A nice walk to the beach, enjoyed the birds and frog sounds were the highlights and Orleans allows the entire Cape Cod to be accessible under an hour drive. An awesome weekend adventure and appreciate Diana and Greg opening up their doors! Cheers!

Christina’s home was pretty, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated that there was coffee, tea, sugar, soap and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was also superb- very close to several gorgeous beaches plus multiple restaurants and shops. We did not have a chance to use them, but she even had bikes, which would be wonderful in warm weather. This is a great listing. I thoroughly recommend it!

Peg’s home was perfect for our stay in Chatham. It was quiet and peaceful but close enough to Main Street and everywhere we would want to go during our visit.

We absolutely loved staying at Meagan’s place. It was super comfortable, stylish and stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time at opposite sides around the Cape so her location was the perfect central spot. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family - thanks for having us!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and also easy to drive from to hit major spots along the Cape Cod bay. Sam provided some good local recommendations and we loved our stay!

We loved Tony’s place! A bit off the beaten path but very walkable to the main strip and centrally located on the Cape. The instructions and photos were very helpful, & the space was immaculately clean and just as described. We’d definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Chatham!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!
