THE WOODPECKERS IS SITUATED IN ALRESFORD ESSEX The Woodpeckers is a private annexe with its own entrance and patio featuring a charcoal BBQ. Inside, there's a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and microwave, along with provided tea and coffee. The lounge includes a smart 40-inch TV and a convertible sofa bed. The bedroom has a king-size zip-link bed that can be split into two singles upon request. We are also happy to discount longer stays for workers.

Close to the beach with the arcade, swimming pool, entertainment complex and children’s play area only a short walk away.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
