Monthly Rentals in Hat Kham

Excellent accomodation and fantastic host! The accomodation is comfortable with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. Set in a beautiful peaceful garden, lots of places to sit and relax outside. We were happy that our host Nick was so proactive, picking us up from the train station, giving us a tour of the local area, providing us with bikes to use, taking us to the center and helping us print out our Laos evisa to cross the border! The local area was great with good nearby restaurants, cafes and shops. People were very friendly and it had a nice atmosphere!

For a month of time I stayed, everything was perfect. The cost is accessible by comparing the prices among the various Airbnbs in Vientiane. Even if you are slightly out of the center, you have everything you need and in 10/15 min you get downtown. The location is really great, all the staff is EXTREMELY nice, helpful, kind. The first day I stayed, the faucet broke. In 30 minutes it was already settled and I had a long chat with the owner (we stayed there for 2 hours). The cleaning ladies are extremely kind and helpful, even if they don't speak English The room for my standards has exceeded my expectations. Many Europeans who want everything perfect maybe they can see small flaws (a few cracks or something) but I think for the price, it's a fantastic location. They clean the room twice a week, they change sheets, towels, everything! RECOMMENDED!!

Supattra and her family was very welcoming. Her dad and mom felt like our family. A very beautiful and calming place, garden and pond with fishes around. Aunt cooked for us some delicious food and we loved talking to them too despite my Thai language skills are limited. I thank Supattra for let us in. Anyone planning to stay Nong Khai or planning to go to Loa, this is a fantastic place to stay.

Highly recommended, it feels like a home, small apartment, with everything one needs. Located in a quiet quarter of the otherwise busy city. ;-) Bicycle and motorbike may be available to rent for a fair fee.
