The electricity-free cottage gives you the opportunity to be present here and now. A separate summer kitchen on top of the rock with amazing views is a point of pleasure. Gas stove and grill available. There's a bed for one in the barn. The sauna has a loft and a pull-out sofa bed. You also have access to a rowing boat and a paddle board. The hot tub heats up for a separate fee. There is a campfire place on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this place, so please note when booking.

Winter-inhabitable villa on the shores of Lake Saimaa, accommodation for 8 people. No neighbors nearby. The property has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna, lean-to, patio on the beach, well-equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill, 2 toilets, shower, air heat pump, 2 SUP boards, rowboat, trampoline, children's books and games. Close to a frisbee golf course. Here you will experience magnificent sunsets and you may spot the Saimaa ringed seal. Perfect destination for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and comfort, suitable for families with children.

Island House in the Lake District

Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

Peaceful Villa with a Beach Sauna and a BBQ Place

The Kot’mäki Villa takes you back to the feel of old, original summer villas. It includes a roofed barbecue space which is perfect for barbequeing, and the roofed area is spaceous enough for gathering around and enjoying the warmth of the fire. The cottage terrace has room for dining while enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. Down by the shoreline there’s a traditional log sauna cabin with an access for a swim to the lake. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling.

Villa Rautjärvi

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa Saimaa Swan Bay

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Sauna cabin Pöllölä

Tunnelmallinen saunamökki Saimaan rannalla. Mökin ympäristössä laajat metsät tarjoavat upeat mahdollisuudet marjastukseen ja sienestykseen. Kalastaa voit mökin rannalta tai lähteä soutuveneellä järvelle. Pyöräilijälle löytyy kilometrikaupalla hiekkatietä ajettavaksi. Mökki sijaitsee Ruokolahden melontareitin (102km) varrella. Puusaunasta lyhyt matka uimaan. Ei juoksevaa vettä, juomavesi tuotava mukana. Pesuvedet kannetaan järvestä. Soutuvene käytettävissä.
