You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

About 1.5 miles from the freeway I-90. 30 minutes from Spokane airport, 15 minutes to Coeur d ‘Alene, 30 minutes to Silverwood. One large bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Perfect for 2-4 people. Parking spot included. Piano for those musically inclined. Pack and play available upon request. Air conditioning and washer/dryer recently added. No pets allowed.

Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
