In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

La Maison du Chêne is ideal for a family with children or for a business trip. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and the possibility of a mattress on the floor. The rooms are located in the basement and are cool in the summer. The house is located in a dead end without a car, ideal for children to play outside.
