Dans ce petit espace, vous aurez néanmoins l'électricité, l'eau courante et un réchaud gaz. Dehors, une petite table et deux chaises pour prendre vos repas , vous avez une place pour faire du feu il y a du bois sur place, sinon ne pas hésiter à demander… La douche et les wc sont à une cinquantaine de mètres, aménagés dans un ancien abris de jardin.

Located in a small village, where it's good to live, you will enjoy nature, walks close to the Champagne vineyard! The gite is 25 minutes away from Nigloland amusement park. 5 mins from the bike path, which will take you to the edge of Lac du Der ( The lake is about 20 km from the cottage) Don't hesitate!

HUGH the future Indians, Equip yourself with your sleeping bags and come and sleep in a traditional Indian tipi. (We also offer to make your beds if you prefer!) Meals (dinners + breakfasts) are an integral part of the experience and are to be paid directly on site, in order to limit the fees. You will have a small one-room studio chalet, completely renovated with stunning views from your 2 terraces on the Lac de Charmes on an enclosed plot of 800 m2 private. The cottage is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4 with our 2 convertible beds. You will have direct access to the beach , less than 2 minutes away
