Rez de ch: Espace de vie 26m2 avec canapé convertible offrant un couchage double 140x190cm; salle d'eau privative avec douche, lavabo et WC; une kitchenette et un coin repas avec table 4 personnes. . Mezzanine accessible par escalier japonais à pas décalés: zone nuit avec lit double 140/190, sous toiture à faible hauteur en lambris bois avec coin lecture offrant une ambiance très cosy.

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

Located on the ground floor of our house, this studio is ideally located: 200 m from Lake Annecy, 3 km from Annecy city center (accessible by the lakeside bike path), 4 km from the train station (Bus line 20: "Pt Portt Chavoires" stop or 26: "Chasseurs" stop). My wife and I will do our best to make your stay enjoyable so that you keep an unforgettable memory of our beautiful region. Ceiling height: 2.10 m Access may be narrow in the bathroom.

The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
