I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go off. Very spacious apartment. Secure entrance. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food, etc. Restaurants just a block away. The owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! I had a great time. It was my first time at this accommodation. Nice experience, fascinated with the apartment, everything very clean and well equipped, the view incredible, zero blackouts in that area, the building very safe, elevator and private parking inside the building, the attention of Karla and her father Javier was excellent, very kind and helpful, we will definitely return, I rate it 11 out of 10.

This apartment was perfect—clean, safe, and the private balcony delivered incredible sunset views over Havana. We hitchhiked into the city (common in Cuba), and it cost $10–$15 USD to get to Centro and Habana Vieja. Armando, the property manager, was kind, responsive, and helped us prepare for the infrastructure challenges in Cuba. Electricity outages happen daily for 3–4 hours and don’t follow a strict schedule. Bring power banks (ideally with DC outlets for the WiFi). Restaurants can’t operate well during outages, bring lots of snacks like energy bars, and a water filter such as a LifeStraw. Bottled water is hard to find—Armando sells small bottles for $1. Petty theft is rising due to economic hardship, so stay alert, especially at night. We were three women and had no issues, but stayed aware and made local friends who looked out for us. Despite these challenges, Havana is vibrant, resilient, and welcoming. Tourism is vital now—don’t skip it. This is the place to stay.

Rubén is very friendly. He was able to orient us very well in the city, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need as at home, with an ocean view from all angles of the apartment the terrace a dream even with a hammock.

Javier's place is clean and had all of the amenities we needed during our 4 night stay. The building's condition was average in the developing neighborhood of Vedado that's very close to the Malecon with spectacular sunsets. There are delicious restaurants in a walkable distance, and the Caribbean Sea can be seen to the left and Revolutionary Square to the right from the skyline balcony. Javier's team of hosts, tour guides, and taxi drivers took care of us throughout our stay, especially Eduardo who took us on a day trips to Old Havana, Saturn Cave, Mantanzas, and Veradado Beach. Great people and location in Havana!

Walter and Mabel are great hosts. They made us feel at home and the apartment is very nice, clean and functional. It has a very strategic location near everything. You can walk to places and there is transportation at all hours that leaves you right under the building. The esplanade is just a few steps away. We love how attentive the hosts are and that the apartment has privacy. It's even quite cool in the event of power outages. It has the option of the balcony where a lot of air enters and the minisplit works wonderfully as well as the fans, since it is quite hot. The kitchen is well equipped to cook right there and in general the conditions of the apartment are very good. We also value the issue of safety. It's not a problem area. You can buy supplies nearby and the people are warm and friendly in general. We'd love to come back and we highly recommend it. Walter and Mabel are exceptional ❤️🫶🏻🇨🇺

The accommodation is very good! The description and photos are as published Very comfortable and practical Although it is 2 blocks from the Capitol, we don't think the location is the best... we arrived on a Sunday and it was full of people... Marcos and his partner welcomed us and gave us many local recommendations, we are very grateful to them! They were very kind and attentive to our needs at all times Thank you!!!

I loved the place ac in living room and bedroom, clubs walking distance, place clean and comfortable bed, t.v has you tube, and Carlos was a great host, definitely staying there again

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

I travel to Cuba a lot and I’ve been to plenty Airbnb’s but none of them compare to Javier’s place 😍 The view was absolutely amazing , the peace and privacy that place brings it’s unmatched! Will definitely be staying here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercy Y Felix’s beautiful condo in La Habana, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Felix was a gracious and welcoming host—warm, helpful, and always available to answer questions or offer great local recommendations. The condo itself was absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light. The view from the balcony captured the vibrant charm of Havana, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from cultural landmarks, and authentic Cuban cafes. It felt both peaceful and perfectly connected to the energy of the city. Me Encanta La Habana, Cuba!

I will give it 10/5 if possible, one of the best airbnb I ever had. The house was made by love, you can find all the details and furnishment wonderful. Great sunlight, winds always come through the house. Cindy was so helpful, helped us change money, gave us recommendations of local food and experience.

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the experience we had in this beautiful apartment! The apartment itself gorgeous, very spacious and extremely well decorated. We loved every detail! There were terraces and views in every direction! Breakfast on the terrace upstairs every morning was delicious and stunning! And pool was wonderful for our tired bodies and feet that danced all day and night. And July, our host was absolutely the best!!!! He was so sweet, helpful and accommodating!! We will be back for sure!!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!
