9/10 Great place👍🏾. Easy check in and out. The apartment was very clean, quiet up to date modern, and nice. Only wish we could’ve had access to the washer & dryer. The pool is cleaned daily, love that. The onsite parking is wonderful it’s assigned to you upon checking in. The big question for Jamaican Airbnb travelers, did the air conditioners work? Yes! There are 2 one in the bedroom and common area, which is the rest of the apartment. Overall it was perfect.

This is our second time staying at this location. I love the place. Beautiful apartment, secure and convenient for my needs. I got the opportunity to meet Charmaine and she is a wonderful hostess and was readily available to answer any questions I had. I didn’t get an opportunity to say goodbye as our departure plans came earlier than we originally planned. Thank you for everything. We’ll see you again on the next trip. This Airbnb was a dream! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The decor was modern, the bed was super comfy. It’s clear the host cares about the guest experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing, hassle-free escape.

From start to finish the communication between us and Oshane and Maliya has been above and beyond, especially given the time difference before arrival too. The host lives within minutes away from the property l, which was an added benefit to sort any teething problems like navigating the television/cable etc The apartment is situated in a fantastic area close to amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. We would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend this place as the perfect location to stay in Kingston. Definite value for money and hosts 100/100.

Staying at this Airbnb in Jamaica was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and island breeze made each day feel special. I truly didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, home-away-from-home experience in Jamaica. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I enjoyed my stay at solace it felt like home.. Latoya was very welcoming and responsive, place was clean and well kept, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I’m truly grateful for such an experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a spot in portmore that gives peace and comfort solace is the place, everything was smooth from checking in to checking out 10/10 would recommend. :)

The Cozy Retreat lived up to expectations. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Mo was very responsive and gave me recommendations for food places close by. She assisted me getting my guests in the complex for pick up and drop off since security needed to be notified. She was very responsive if I had any questions or issues. Perfect for one person or a couple. Will book again.

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. The host & co-host are responsive and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The home is perfect for a large family getaway (we were a family of 7) or just a relaxing escape. It’s beautifully detailed, spacious, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed with a calming vibe throughout. The views are stunning both day and night, adding something special to your stay. As mentioned, the roads are Jamaican roads—but that’s all part of the experience. We felt very safe, as several safety measures are clearly in place. The home was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals, though you’ll bring your own food as expected with most Airbnbs. The amenities provided made the stay feel comfortable, WiFi was available throughout the property. The location was peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. I highly recommend this home and would stay again!

We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute when the host of an Airbnb we rented told us while it wasn't available 45 minute before out flight. So grateful that we got a response from them, they were so courteous. The place was clean, had hot water, AC was spot on, it was very safe, and Sandra was very friendly. I would stay here again for sure!

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

The city view was beautiful especially at nights. Communicating and respond time with Monique was effortless. The apartment was very clean.

Robert’s place is centrally located in new Kingston it’s very private and secure the apartment is very clean and it’s equipped with all the amenities needed for the course of my visit.This will be my place to stay whenever I visit Kingston Jamaica and I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for privacy and security

Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend Renee was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host, always available and responsive.
