Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The corrugated metal stairs are good for gripping shoes but could be tricky for paws!

Super unique and awesome stay right on the lake! Great amenities provided, and Nick is the most friendly and helpful host. It is very immersed in nature….so naturally there’s some nature (there’s mice that may make their way in during your stay) but don’t let that sway you, it’s an awesome stay!

Had a great stay. Host was friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and the property met expectations. I was traveling by myself to the Hayden area and this was local to everything I had to do during my trip. Great neighborhood, lots of mature trees everywhere.

We had such a lovely stay at Kristina’s rental. The home was in a gorgeous setting and the road noise was very very minimal- we live on a very busy highway, so this was absolutely peaceful for us! The home was incredibly clean and inviting, decorated well, smelled lovely, and was super cozy. We enjoyed simply lounging and relaxing. There were so many amenities available and the home was neat and organized. There was plenty of coffee and creamer provided, cozy blankets and pillows, and for us noise sleepers, there was a fan in the bedroom as well- which was so so appreciated! We really enjoyed the hot tub and outside space. Kristina was very friendly and responsive to all my messages. We loved how secluded we felt but also how quick of a drive to town and restaurant's it was! It was a beautiful area. Belles Brunch house was our favorite in the mornings, and we also really enjoyed eating at Parallel 47 and the Mango Tree. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again 🩵

Loved the house and the kids especially loved the game room. Also really convenient having a boat dock as we rented a jet ski one day and a boat the next. Perfect house for a family vacay!
