Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The corrugated metal stairs are good for gripping shoes but could be tricky for paws!

We loved how flexible this place was, and the hosts were great to work with! We brought or younger siblings and this felt like home away from home! Whether it was relaxing in the hot tub, hanging out on the deck, or playing music around the campfire, this house had whatever we needed to have the best time! Super unique and awesome stay right on the lake! Great amenities provided, and Nick is the most friendly and helpful host. It is very immersed in nature….so naturally there’s some nature (there’s mice that may make their way in during your stay) but don’t let that sway you, it’s an awesome stay!

Had a great stay. Host was friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and the property met expectations. I was traveling by myself to the Hayden area and this was local to everything I had to do during my trip. Great neighborhood, lots of mature trees everywhere.
