The small 3-room house with simple but loving furnishings is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Beuren thermal bath/Beuren open-air museum/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and is within walking distance from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby.

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt.
