Master bedroom is set apart from the cabin downstairs with copper tub, open shower, king bed, flat screen TV, and private entrance. Main part of cabin has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed, other with bunk bed(twin & full). Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.
