Emily’s little guesthouse was a perfect find. We stayed 5days and had everything we needed, it was well stocked, even a blender and Texas Pecan coffee. The guesthouse was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. Loved the location. Emily was friendly and gave clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. I hope to stay there again when we are visiting family.

Exactly as described- a place to get lost in nature and unwind and relax. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Cozy place, feels like a mini home away from home. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the hot spots Austin has to offer. Would definitely recommend. Loved the furry and feathered pets!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and had an amazing time. The space was cozy, cute, and thoughtfully designed — with plenty of room to stretch out, enjoy the quiet, and let our dog run around freely. It felt private and peaceful, with beautiful views all around. One heads-up: the bathroom setup was a bit unconventional, with no separation between the shower, sink, and toilet. It caught us off guard at first, but we adjusted quickly and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Some of our favorite moments included sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, visiting the goats, pigs, and donkeys on the property, and exploring local gems like Jester King Brewery and Abby Jane’s Bakery. A relaxing and memorable stay — would definitely recommend!

This stay was exactly what my husband I needed! I just sat outside and listened to the birds early in the morning, something I also love doing at home. I could've sat outside all day if it wasn't Texas in June! ha! The cabin itself was just as described. The photos do make it seem a bit bigger but honestly, you don't need bigger for 2 people. We went to Canyon to just spend time on the water. After over doing it the first day, we instead, chose to spend our second full day just enjoying the cabin. We had some hot tub time in the afternoon, played board games for a couple of hours, and just rested! For anyone worried about how close the cabin is to the main house, don't worry! It's positioned for privacy! It was so stinking relaxing and I can't wait to go back.

I stayed at John & Suzanne’s place for a couple of months with pets & had an amazing & comfortable time! It’s super peaceful with beautiful sunsets, starry skies & orchards that are great for walking - I walked them almost every day to get my steps in! The birds singing in the mornings made it feel simply magical. I have the Merlin Bird ID app & would regularly clock in 10-12 different bird species almost every morning! No issues with WiFi, neighbors, parking, or mail delivery. Pedernales Falls State Park is nearby, make sure to check it out & schedule a reservation ahead of time unless going after hours. Dripping Springs is the closest town for groceries (H‑E‑B) about 20min drive. Easy access to get to Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, etc. John & Suzanne were friendly & great hosts - I’d definitely stay again :)

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the land and how cute the Susie is. The house is pristine and has everything you need for a peaceful time away from everything. Dripping Springs is 15 minutes away with many things to keep you occupied.

Gorgeous A-frame in the Wimberley wilderness. Remote enough to be private, but close enough to be near everything you’d want to access nearby. Jana and Andy were so lovely in their communication and responsiveness. The A-frame itself is beautiful, the deck is spacious, the cowboy pool adds a touch of fun, the kitchen is open and spacious, and the hosts provide an Instax camera complete with film as a unique way to “sign” their guest book. Overall amazing Airbnb experience. We’ll definitely stay with J&A in the future.

My wife and I took a short vacation away from our kids at Shelly's cabin and it was beautiful, quiet, and restorative. Exactly what we were looking for. The views of the lake are amazing and we spent hours sitting on the screened-in porch.

Very nice small place. It was cozy for what we needed for my 2 sons and I. We spent most of the time with family in the area. So it was great to come back to and sleep.

Love at first sight! Perfect for a couples get away, plenty of room and things to do outdoors and private. Very clean and decor was very nice. We will definitely be back, we didn’t want to leave!

We had such a great time staying here! Elizabeth provides great local recommendations and the space is perfect! She even had the artist we were visiting Austin to see playing on the tv when we got there! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back

This property was beautiful! The treehouse was so cute and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom had stunning views. The cowboy pool on the deck was fun for the kids to dip their feet into. Pet friendly, and our doggies enjoyed the morning hike exploring. Definitely recommend!!

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! I felt so very at home here and was sad to leave. All details were perfect - from the perfectly shady parking spot, to how cutely decorated it is with fun books, and the whole fenced in yard - really makes you have your privacy and enjoy your space. It was the perfect spot for the things I needed to do. Kyle and Caitlin were super responsive and offered everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our w/e get away at Rachel’s “tiny house”. The house had everything we needed and felt more spacious than we anticipated. It was clean, peaceful and with easy access to a hike along the lake. We also enjoyed dinners outside and star watching at night. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed at the Green Retreat. Great location with equal drive to Whimberly and Canyon Lake area. Extremely peaceful overall. Was kinda surprised to see the high school and stadium so close. Could hear the Friday night football game clearly. But good thing is, it’s over early so no interruption in our peace or sleep overall. Loved the views and property. Never did make it down to the creek area , maybe next time. Be prepared for a rough 1/2 mile driveway! But they do warn you not to come in a tiny car. Danielle was so sweet and super helpful with making sure our booking went right and we were happy. Five star host.

The Cozy Cabin and property completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, spotless, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Roland and Dee were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We have stayed in many places but this was hands down the best. We are already planning to go back!

The Casita is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to shops and restaurants. It is immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. We loved the Kiehl’s toiletries in the shower.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway celebrating an event at Camp Lucy just across the road… Less than a mile drive (or walk) to wedding festivities yet this place was so quiet, private and peaceful! It is beautiful, well thought-out, you feel right at home — we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
