Charming Valence Green Cottage Annexe

NealRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Perfect place near my family. I felt right at home, everything was provided and Janet was super helpful. The annexe was just right for a couple with lots of space for storage, bonus washing machine and oven/microwave combo. I will be back!

Countryside Barn with Fire Pit Close to Vineyards

RosettaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Spent the bank holiday weekend here and it was just perfect. The annexe was spotless, cosy and a great size with a lot of outdoor space. Amanda was lovely, she welcomed us and recommended a few spots for us to check out. Highly recommend - will be back for sure! :)

Biggin Farm bungalow

AdrianRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Just stayed one night for a family gathering nearby. Perfect for what we needed but could see it would be a good base for visiting that part of Kent or as a stop over if you were heading for the Channel. The decking area was a real bonus to enjoy drinks/meals in the sunshine. When sitting outside, the traffic noise from the nearby motorway is noticeable to start with, but quickly fades as you become accustomed to it.

Star's Special Sanctuary, Dogs Welcome, King Bed

We had a great stay at the farm and our dog enjoyed trying to chase the rabbits (he was kept on lead). The cottage has everything you need, is well decorated and the bed is comfortable! Thank you.

The Granary, the perfect Country Cottage all year!

KerryRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Zoe’s home, looked after by an agency was beautiful. On a long secluded road away from noise it was the perfect getaway for our friends 30th. The details in the mini cottage like house was lovely. It was located not too far from the main house but far enough to have our own privacy. Check in was easy and late check out was great! The lovely gifts like juice milk chocolate biscuits was also a kind touch. The house is a short taxi drive to the closest village where we found a great micro bar! It is walkable in about 30 minutes but along a main road and not ideal in the dark! Would definitely recommend to others!

Historic central countryside village house

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a family reunion of 8 people, staying for 5 nights. We loved the place; full of character, close to all amenities and set in a beautiful part of the country. As others have noted, there were a few bumps on the head but we were not surprised or bothered by that. The house oozes character and history, and is certainly a great place to gather and then explore a lovely part of England. The village is well served not only by Sainsburys but also smaller independent shops offering a wide variety of options. An easy place to gather in and explore from.

The Dutch Barn

BiljanaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved staying at Louis’s beautiful contemporary barn, airy, full of light, peaceful surroundings. Plenty of bathrooms, specious bedrooms, a lot of seating areas, inside and on the patio. The place is surrounded by birds, hawks, we heard some peacocks, donkey,s, horses, goats, so beautiful. Louis is a very responsive and welcoming host. We were greeted with Dutch waffles and chocolates and sadly missed the welcome by his dad as we checked in pretty late. The whole area is extremely green, surrounded by beautiful villages, pubs and local shops. We will definitely come back. Thank you Louis!

Beautiful, Summer Retreat + Hot Tub

DillRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the most beautiful weekend at Sage Cottage. Everything—literally everything—was lovely, from the complimentary chocolates to the treehouse. You could truly see and feel the love that went into it all. Alison gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her pets were absolutely adorable. I could go on and on, but you really have to experience this wonderful stay to understand what I mean.
