Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Heber City

This was our fifth trip to this spot, and it was as awesome as the first. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is amazing, and the view of the mountains and Deer Valley in the distance cannot be beat! Minutes to Park City, Canyons, and the town and stores/restaurants. Kara, the host, is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were kind, responsive, and extremely professional. The house had unbelievable views, amazing amenities, and was perfect for our group. Easy access to Park City / Sundance is a huge plus. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay to others!

Was a great stay. We traveled for a wedding and Colton’s place was the perfect place to relax and a great home base for where we needed to go. It’s only about 20 min away from Park City and just 10 from the food and shopping in Heber City made it a great central spot for our stay. Clean, comfy, and a home away from home. 10/10, would definitely stay again if we come up to visit Utah again😁

We loved our stay in Midway. It is a beautiful location and right next to the crater. They have cute little restaurants in town and the Pizza Yard was amazing! The home was great and clean. We stay at air bnbs often and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. There were so many windows and the natural lighting with the beautiful views made the trip peaceful. The crater was with in walking distance and was such a cool experience. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The daylight-basement space was as described and very clean. Lots of nice extras and a beautiful backyard. A note regarding logistics - the bathroom has sinks/toilet/shower in an open common space, so requires coordination amongst your party when needing to use it. The portable heater downstairs came in very helpful to keep the space at a good temperature. We plan on staying there again when in the area.

I've had many wonderful Airbnb stays. This is the new pinnacle of excellence. Jeff is truly the best host ever - amazing communication, incredibly helpful, truly a "host" in ever sense of the term. The property is fantastic - just as described and pictured. We are already talking about next year's stay at this same property. The thoughtfulness that Casago has put into every detail is remarkable. I had never stayed in Heber City before. It's a 20 to 25 minute drive to the Park City Mountain base area, yet this did not affect our satisfaction with the stay. To the contrary, there are plenty of great restaurants in Heber and Midway, a grocery store practically around the corner, and a Walmart less than 5 minutes down the road. The spaciousness and amenities in this home far exceed anything we could have gotten in Park City proper - certainly for the price point. Jeff, thank you for making this trip very special for my family.

Very responsive and friendly

Matthew is a great host. I was able to get a great deal for what I paid for months in advance for my trip. He has great communication, especially the week I stayed because there was a plumbing issue. He came over himself on the job and we even got to meet. Matthews apartment is accurate for the minimalist details and lifestyle. With an artists touch for the asthestics and book shelf he created. One book worm to another. The kitchenette is great so I could cook my own food to save money on my trip. Since I stayed over five days, I did have laundry to do but Matthew recommended some places and I found a good laundry mat in Provo. His future goal for this BNB is to figure out a way to put a washer and dryer in for guests that need to do laundry. I'm giving Matthew overall 5 stars for his unique apartment space. It helped me create memories on my trip to Utah and with the friends I met and new ones I made during my stay. Thank you. Be blessed. Namaste 🙏

The space was so beautiful and very well kept! Would 100% come back if we’re ever in town again, amazing for the price/location/amenities. Especially love that everything was labeled, the hosts were so friendly but we didn’t have any questions to ask because everything was so easy to find!

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Second time we are staying at Kathy’s place. We frequent the area for skiing events at Soldier Hollow and the location is perfect - close enough to skiing and at the same time right in the heart of Heber City within walking distance from most restaurants and shops. The place is not large but cozy and cute - enough for a couple or a family of 4. There’s even a small basement area with board games and a foosball table. In all, a very pleasant and convenient stay if you don’t need a lot of space.

Gabriella’s place was cute, inviting, and clean! She and her husband were super responsive and helpful! The bed was really comfy.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the needs that we had. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, and more spacious and private than a hotel room. We loved it!

this gem was exactly what we were looking for, close to everything without being in the middle of it all. everything was excellent and the trails right out back were an unexpected treat. breakfast coffee and evening wine on the patio were the best ways to start and end the day. the property had everything we needed and more, the layout was perfect and exactly as described! we had a small hiccup at the beginning of the stay but Mark was awesome, very responsive and helpful in working to resolve! 5 stars all around and we can't wait to book again ☺️

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

Andrew's place is centrally located with a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and a short drive to PCMR. This place is amazing with the only pitfall being the limited parking available for the building. Additional parking is available across the street, but also fills up.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Great location, right next to the free bus stop(s), it's a cozy space but it has all the basics you need and we appreciated the clear instructions and quick responses to any questions/messages. Would recommend to other couples visiting Park City!

The condo was beautiful. The hosts were great with having kitchen supplies ready to go as well as basic kitchen supplies. The hosts also were incredibly helpful and responsive when we asked questions. This helped a lot with a nice relaxing weekend.
