The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

We are renting a newly converted apartment in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can take care of yourself superbly. Parking is available. Wi-Fi access is available.

On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises.
