The apartment is equipped with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, kitchen, flat screen TV, children's travel bed on request, separate mattress in the kitchen-living room possible. Slowing down, relaxation and recreation are our top priorities at our small horse farm. Our farm is located in a dead zone and thus we also offer all sensitive people a low-radiation vacation. Country life, campfires and the surroundings also offer countless opportunities for adventure.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

We are renting a newly converted apartment in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can take care of yourself superbly. Parking is available. Wi-Fi access is available.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
