Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Experience authentic Tyrolean charm in our over 100-year-old farmhouse. You can look forward to 4 cozy bedrooms (3 of them with their own washbasin), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden with a terrace and a grill. In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Space for 8 people. Bed linens and towels are included. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Plus local tax on site (see below for details).

The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace.
