Monthly Rentals in Helena Valley

Beautiful place and Bec was a great host. Never met her in person but but always replied fast and everything was very easy. The views from the pool were amazing and the place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Would recommend!

Our family felt at home. It was 5 days at Phoebe’s place and we stayed comfortably. There was enough space for the kids to play, couple of fun running routes along Roe Hwy and up Perth hills (10-11km or so) and Coles nearby. The park was right behind, and the neighborhood was quiet and conducive. The smaller bedrooms did not have any heaters though, so bring some sleeping sweaters and socks for sleeping. It gets pretty cold during winter.

This is my third time staying here, so I obviously love it! My favourite part is the quick exit to the trails of the little mountain nearby, which is idealic! The other perk is that the couple can cook authentic Thai food and may make you a meal for a reasonable price if you ask :) The sensational Pad Thai was a highlight for me this time around :)
