The stone cabins at Kastad farm are located undisturbed in fantastic natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has stunning views of Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The home is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The pilgrim's path goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.
