In the immediate vicinity are the museum village "Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg" and the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge." In the village there is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. Designated hiking and riding trails as well as bike paths start right outside the front door. Both Hamburg city center and Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath can be reached in 30 minutes.

Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the option of taking a walk right by the lake or getting some fresh air in the forest. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated.
