Family-friendly holiday rentals in Helsingør Municipality

We had a great week here. The house is spectacular with amazing views out to the sea and 30 seconds walk to a lovely beach. Everything was clean and well equipped and we all enjoyed hanging out at the house and relaxing between swims in the sea. Would love to come again.

We had a wonderful stay in Helle’s apartment with our two small children. Her apartment is very light, cozy, so clean and in a beautiful neighborhood that is very well connected to the inner city. Helle always responds quickly and very friendly! She even left toys for our children to play with. We felt at home immediately! We can truly recommend the experience of staying in Helle’s beautiful place!

Peter’s place was perfectly located for visiting our family in Gentofte

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

We had a wonderful stay in this modern and cozy cottage! The location is perfect - only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the private spa, sauna and outdoor shower. The house has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and even mountain bikes. A perfect place to relax!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The house was very comfortable for our group of 6, with everything we needed. Beate was quick to respond to any questions we had. The fjord is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking and walking around it. Great location to explore the surrounding area as well as Copenhagen. Highly recommended!

The home was really nice and very nicely cleaned when we arrived at the place. Jesper was incredibly sweet and helpful if there were problems (which fortunately there were not many of) and had explained clearly how everything worked. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back :)

This is an amazing house! It has a great location and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. It's a short walk to the beach and the nature reserve, and has great options for spending time on the terrace, in the garden and out in the gazebo. We stayed here for a weekend with a group of 10 people and had a lovely time. Torben was very helpful, and always quick to reach when we had a question. Can only recommend this house!

This place was much better than we expected. Bigger than it looks in the pictures. Such a soulful, and modern home. Loved the vibe. Big kitchen with everything you need. It is a bit outside the bustle of town. About a ten minute bike ride. But places in Helsingor are a bit pricey so this was great! Perfect for our family of three.

We felt very comfortable in Heidi's house. All was very comfortable and practically prepared. There were also four of us, even in bad weather. We went on vacation without a car. The public transport works very well and there are many ways to enjoy nature and culture. We would love to come back!

We had a great time at Asger and Martine's home. The house is very spacious, very bright, with a large and beautiful garden. We were able to enjoy cherries and currants from the garden, thank you Martine. The house is very suitable for children, trampoline, dinette, wooden train, etc... The house is quite well located compared to Helsingor and other seaside municipalities. Very good stay and very good communication.

A beautiful cottage right on the edge of the forest. Very quiet area. Great outdoor area to relax and read. The tennis court is a bit outdated but we were still able to use it well and had a lot of fun. A well-equipped modern kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, so everything you need is available. Lots of games available and a large dining table that can also be used well for playing. Plenty of storage space in the cabinets and very cozy beds. Sitting together by the fireplace was very harmonious. For me personally, there were too many spiders in the house but they are very useful with the mosquito in September. All in all great. Close to the beach and not very far from Copenhagen. We will be happy to come back. Best regards,

Incredibly lovely house and perfect for families with kids. Short distance to Hornbæk for the beach and city center with a lot to do. Good communication with Marie Sisse all the way that made the stay very good and predictable. Would highly recommend renting this house ☺️ thank you for us!

We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The house is a suitable size, well equipped and lovely "down to earth" and created for relaxation. Lovely private plot with southwest facing terrace. Great movie library that gave us some real cozy evenings on the couch. All in all, we had some really lovely days at Thomas' house.

We fell in love with the review and the lovely photos of the house-and it lived up and more, with Our expectations. We wanted an authentic and cozy place, and a garden that hit the surroundings without the big disturbances, and we got so excited about the place and enjoyed 10 lovely days in the lovely summerhouse. We returned once more to the beautiful house of Thomas and Maren. Again, we had a great time at the beautiful location with direct access to the beach from a private terrace overlooking the Øresund. The whole family enjoyed the well-equipped, beautifully designed and clean house with lots of entertainment and toys for the kids. The host are very friendly and responsive. We can highly recommend it and would love to return in the future if possible.

Our stay in the house was extremely fun. There are many employment opportunities, the room layout is great, the kitchen is very well equipped, even for baking everything is there. Modern technical equipment also on TVs, etc. There was nothing to complain about.

We recently had the most wonderful summer break staying at this lovely, peaceful cottage in Melby. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt ourselves relax. The cottage is beautifully decorated, kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are very comfortable - easily sleeping our 2 families. Outside, we loved using the pool, snoozing in the hammock and eating on the expansive deck in front of the outdoor fireplace. The cottage is a 10-15min walk to a pretty local beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to the pretty Liseleje Beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Christian and Pernille were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with, always responsive and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay!

Had an great vacation in the beautiful home of Helle. The house is very well equipped and lovingly decorated. The kitchen equipment also left nothing to be desired. The house was very clean. Helle was a very kind and helpful host who was always available with great tips and information when needed. Also, the pool was regularly cleaned by light and the garden maintained (if we were not in the house so that we were not disturbed by their presence). Our dog was also allowed to move freely and felt very comfortable 😉 Thanks very much, thanks to Helle, for letting us be your guests!

The house is truly unique on Airbnb, and we were fortunate to secure one of the rare time slots available. The house and farm are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Bjørn and his family were very kind and supportive hosts, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a fantastic time exploring Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Helsingør, biking through the stunning landscape, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the evening sun on the terrace. Even the little rain we experienced didn’t dampen our spirits, as we enjoyed the cozy and charming interior of the house. To be clear: we would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable, especially because there were 4 bedrooms and a large living room. Unfortunately, the only annoying thing was that the offer included a gas grill, which was not maintained and unfortunately had no gas. Otherwise, everything corresponded to the description, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is very quiet.

We had another wonderful holiday in a very cozy and stylishly furnished house with pool. The area invites you to great excursions (forest with wildlife as well as one of the world's oldest amusement parks are within walking distance). The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and the contact with Helene and Christian was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!
