Holiday rentals with a patio in Henlopen Acres

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

We had a pleasant long weekend. My wife was pleased with the cleanliness of the condo - typically when we arrive, she cleans and changes/washes all of the linens. We did not need to change or wash any linens and no time was spent scrubbing anything! Our son enjoyed the pool while we were there as well. We are looking forward to our second stay in July and will continue to book this condo as much as we can. Thank you!

It was a clean lovely apartment within walking distance of the beach. The bed was comfortable for us and the towels were some of the softest I have ever used. it was very nicely decorated. The big screen TV was wonderful. The only ocean view was outside on the landing by the front door where you could see the horizon. The beach was very nice.

We had a great stay here! It was really easy to take the bus to the rehoboth beach and the house was cute. Highly recommend Roosevelt Inlet Beach which is a short drive away. We enjoyed watching Netflix on the couch but we did notice that the tables easily get water stains so it would be nice to have coasters. Also the only products given was hand soap and dish soap so keep that in mind when bringing toiletries! Nick was really responsive and gave us local recs.

Great stay! The pictures were accurate, and the place was just as described. You can’t beat the location—just steps from the beach. Would definitely come back.

Excellent place with a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk activities. The place was clean and the hosts were attentive and accommodating. Will recommend.

Michelle is a wonderful host. She provided us with lots of helpful information prior to our arrival and checked in with us while we were there. She was responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we have a toddler, she purchased the bumper for the glass tables so it is safer for our son. Even though we didn’t end up using it, it was such a kind gesture of her! Her place is in a VERY lovely neighborhood. It took us only about 15 minutes to walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Our toddler enjoyed sitting out back watching all the birds, geese and turtles. He also loved the two parks right next to the place. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation yet wants access to the beach, restaurants and shops.

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

Devon is an amazing host - we can’t wait to come back next year! She is timely, responsive, and the house was an amazing value for what was provided (literally - mattresses were super comfy, cleaning supplies provided, there were even coffee pods for us to use!). I don’t have enough nice things to say about this house and Devon. If you’re thinking about booking, do it!

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

Highly recommend!! Perfect place for a girls weekend. Ample sitting areas for games and chatting, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, within 15 minutes of several beaches and restaurants. Ravyn provided great recommendations for dinner options and was easily accessible.

Debbie was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger, multigenerational group. The bedrooms on the ground floor were a major bonus for my mom--who has mobility issues--and my sister, who has a new baby. The screened in porch and grill were also much enjoyed during our stay.

Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back to your Lewes Carriage House whenever possible!

Great place in Rehoboth! About a 10 minute drive to the beach but close to restaurants, restaurants, and the outlets. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed for cooking at home if you need to. Also, Kate is a great host. Very friendly and nice!

Beautiful condo home on a quiet, private gated community. Very close to everything, especially the outlets. The host was extremely welcoming and communicative w/ quick responses throughout our stay. We loved that the bedrooms had king sized beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt so well rested! The place was exactly as described and even more cleaner than expected. We loved our stay there so much that we will definitely book again in the future!

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

The place was absolutely amazing! Easy to find and very quiet surroundings. The host were there to help in anyway that you needed. Everything was clean and ready to use. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

We think that this is the 5th time that our family has stayed at Scott’s condo! It is always perfect and feels like our beach home away from home. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, super cute, and close to so many things… Scott’s place is always a great place to stay. Scott communicates SO well and is super thorough and timely. Everything at the condo is done with intention. We love it! Recommendations from the area that are always on point and are right in the Lewes area near the condo … definitely hit up Emmanuel’s for dinner (especially the fajitas!!), Cape Water Tours, and Quest for water sports fun (also- get your picture with the El Camino that is there!).
