Holiday rentals with a patio in Henry County

We had a wonderful stay while in for a wedding. The cottage is so cute and homey. It has everything you need for a great stay plus some thoughtful extras. I must also say the beds are so comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end our days. Highly recommend staying here.

Very modern interior with a peaceful deck overlooking the lake. Extremely accommodating host (we were traveling with an infant). Place has everything you could need (cookware, utensils, tea/coffee, etc.) - would recommend :)

Katie's place was beautiful, immaculately clean, charming and well stocked...perfect location, lovely ambience, comfy bed, quality towels and bed linens, beautifully decorated, comfortable and peaceful. Katie is the perfect host. She knows how to make her guests happy. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Danville!

This little apartment is actually a lot nicer than the photos suggest. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the countryside, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Brianna is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a quick anniversary trip here and we were 10/10 pleased! The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, from the view to the convenience of the pool, and dining. We were even able to rent a boat on site which was very convenient. Overall we had such a fun and relaxing time, and Susan was very easy to work with!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at David’s place. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The view is beautiful and the house is so cozy. If you need a place to stay in the Martinsville area, definitely book this place.

My husband and I (and our dog) stayed one night at this bnb. We were traveling from FL to PA and needed a stop for the night. The house was spacious, with 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a full-sized, 3 person couch, as well as two chairs, along with a coffee table. There is a large table in the kitchen area with 4 seats, so plenty of space to hold belongings. The frig is standard size. We parked right next to the door which was convenient. There is no fenced area (for dogs), but there was plenty of grass area for the dog to walk while leashed. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Clean and well equipped. In a beautiful area although a short drive to anywhere you are wanting to go do anything. The listing made us think this was possibly a shared property with the owner but we had the entire property to ourselves for our stay. Great stay in Martinsville.

We were in town for travel baseball and Lori’s place was perfect for our needs! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchenette provided the right amount of room to make sandwiches and pack the cooler, and the location to the ballpark was one mile. Lori communicated clearly and promptly. If we find ourselves in Martinsville again, we’ll be sure to check her availability….if she’ll have us, that is!

It was beautiful home and great host and innkeeper with wonderful breakfast. And was carful with our allergies. We will definitely be staying there again for our next family event and include a couple of days to simply enjoy the area and experience of it.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Mavis was friendly and truly accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and more— she was even thoughtful towards our baby. She went above and beyond! We would definitely stay again!

The home was clean and easy to find.

We stayed here for two nights while we were exploring SML. Leslie was super helpful and communicative, and her place is very cute. It is small, but we were hardly there but to sleep so it was fine! The area of the lake Mariner's landing is on is beautiful and there are great ammenities there.

This was our last minute reservation to get away from a big city, we loved the unit and location, can’t ask for better than that! Really enjoyed our stay and will be coming again with our kids and family soon.

The condo apartment was beautiful. It's right next to the water. We loved the sunroom and hung out there a lot to play games. The host was very responsive and nice!

Fantastic hosts!! Quick to respond and easy to work with. Room is even prettier than pictures and is so close to the water. We spent most of our time on the covered porch. Bed is super comfy and furnishings are very pretty. Everything you need is provided. Area is quiet and relaxing!! Heated pool was so nice and has a great view of the water. Kayaks were light so they were easy to get in and out of the water. A beautiful location perfect for a quiet getaway. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great couples place with fantastic views! Short drive to restaurants and grocery. We really enjoyed our short stay here and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and we enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the lake! We didn’t begin to use all the amenities offered as we were there for other reasons but a free boat slip, grill picnic areas and the pool were definitely inviting.

We had a great time at Jamie’s place! It was perfect for our family with three small kids. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and it had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. We also really enjoyed being able to walk to an outdoor pool and ice cream spot! We come to SML every summer and this was our first time staying at Mariners Landing and it did not disappoint- the amenities were great and nice to be so close to everything. Would definitely recommend Jamie’s place!

Judy was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Her place was very nice and a welcome respite for our family. The pool is a few steps from the condo and looks out on the lake, providing a very calming experience. Would stay there again.
